Please provide as much information as you can around what you need transporting including the full address with postcode of the start and destination address.

If there are any steps / stairs at either start or destination address please indicate the number of flights in the notes section. Please also indicate the number of hours you require us for as well.

We can provide packaging and boxes to assist you with your move. Strong double walled boxes are available from £2.50 and bubble wrap at 50p per metre. Please include this detail in your booking request.

PLEASE NOTE

• For all Van & Man services, a minimum of 2 hours must be booked.
• We don’t charge from our Parrs Wood base to your location if its within a 10 mile radius. Any distance further from our base is charged at 65p / mile
• Between your start and end point we charge £1.00 / mile
• There is also a £8 per flight of stairs per “man” (for each location on the booking)
• If additional trips are required to complete the job, they are charged at £15 per trip and £1/mile in addition to the original trip mileage
• It is at the drivers discretion when the van is full (taking into account weight as well as volume, note dimensions below), so additional trips MAY be required. If you have any concerns please contact us first
